Not only a licensed Butchery, Eastern Bay Home Kills now offers a full fish smoking and curing service for those big game fish you want to enjoy for longer, and enhances their wonderful flavour. Our favourites include gemfish, pink maomao, salmon, mullet, trout, kahawai and trevally. Caught a particularly big snapper or blue cod? They tend to be a bit coarse and dry but smoking can make a HUGE difference!
